Reporting to the Head of Aquatics. The Diver Technician will participate to establish and perform underwater show cue tracks related to scenery movement, performer support and safety. Maintain pool related systems, as well as dive and aquatics related equipment.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain safe and consistent operations for show rehearsals and performances;
Perform show cue tracks
Maintain and enforce safe diving practices
Work with novice divers and performers until they feel comfortable working in a water environment.
Support
Assist in inspecting, assembling and maintaining all aspects of equipment for training, rehearsals, performances, and special events; maintain all dive gear.
Participate in pre-set, performance, and post-set of show equipment.

Job Summary
The WebMaster will be responsible for the management of the site, community, its interfaces with platform provider, ad servers, ad traffic and mechanics of advertising opportunities. They will Track and report on community engagement and interaction and ensures website is frequently refreshed, new and lively and relevant. Reports back, also tracks effectiveness of partnerships, online advertising, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, promotion, email marketing etc.
Job Scope
Reports to the Online Commercial Sales Director
Responsibilities
o Manage the website and broadband TV feed, ensuring limited or no downtime
o Liaise with and manage third party suppliers including all website administration and registration.
o Advise on improvements and new developments which would enrich the consumer experience
o Advise and make recommendation on the latest trends in internet TV and website
o Ensure all SEO tools are optimally used
o Ensure the ‘look and feel’ of the site is consistent with the design guidelines developed in association with the Marketing Director.
o Manage (possibly moderate) the social functions of the site (including forums, blogs, email, YouDive UGC, and other social contact tools which you might help develop)
o Use and enhance a content management platform for the website, driven by business requirements.
o Perform maintenance of website on an ad hoc basis

Job Summary
As part of a small team the Ad Sales Manager will be a self starter who knows how to make the contacts, the pitches, and the sales necessary to generate budgeted income. The channel has both video advertising spots and website space sales to maximize. In addition to the UK team, the company will have a number of other sales partners around the world. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities
Working with the MD to establish project milestones and plans, quantify goals, identify critical success factors and manage the setting up of the Sales department
Testing and modifying the database for tracking sales activity
