Global Boarders require coaches Freelance Instructors needed for Rip Curl-sponsored Global Boarders Surf Vacations and the GB Surf School. Instructors must be BSA qualified and CRB checked and be registered as self-employed. We are looking for male or female candidates who can work on their own and as part of a team, have excellent people skills and who see Customer Service as an absolute priority. In the Cornwall Tourism Awards 08-09 we won Leisure Experience of the Year and keeping the high level of customer satisfaction this presents is paramount to us. The successful candidate(s) will have their own transport for getting to and from work and will be prepared to work in a variety of locations in West Cornwall ranging from Fistral in the north to Sennen in the west. In return we can offer good rates of pay and perks and the possibility of joining the team as a full time, year-round member. Our clients range in age from 8 to 80 so patience and a sense of humour are essential! We are looking for reliability, efficiency, attention to detail, good presentation, good communication, good people skills and above all the ability and willingness to go the extra mile. Two surf coaches jobs available Surf Coaches Big Blue Surf School (Bude) Based in Bude, North Cornwall for over ten years, Big Blue is one of only a handful of BSA level 4 approved schools in the UK. We offer coaching for all ability levels and ages from family groups and school parties to intermediate and advanced weekends, as well as surf experience sessions for special needs kids. We are sponsored by Fat Face, Gul and Bloc Eyewear. We are looking for two full time coaches. We choose our team not only for their qualifications but also for their ability to give our customers the very best surfing experience. So, although you’ll need to be a BSA qualified coach (or willing to qualify), we’re more interested in you and your people skills. We pay a minimum of £25 per session, that’s £250 plus a week.
