WANTED Enthusiastic Diving Instructors to join the Emperor team.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for energetic and enthusiastic Diving Instructors to join the Emperor team.

As well as teaching and guiding our guests, other responsibilities include conducting welcome meetings, helping out in the office and marketing activities in the evenings.

We're preferably looking for MSDT certified Instructors (with Nitrox), however, newly qualified Instructors are also encouraged to apply even if not yet MSDT.

If you have great sales ability, excellent interpersonal skills and are flexible, we would like to hear from you.

You must be a fluent English speaker and any additional European languages are advantageous. We would like to hear from both singles and couples.

Blue Guru Thailand, PADI Instructor

Blue Guru Diving require a self-motivated conscientious instructor to join their small team on Koh Phra Thong (Andaman Coast, Thailand) starting November 2010.

Key duties include PADI education (mainly DSD/OW) and guiding dives locally & on Surin/Richelieu Rock day trips. The instructor will also be expected to be a strong team player, pro-actively leading general dive shop duties including equipment care & tank filling.

Experience with boat engine maintenance, equipment servicing & Coral Watch would also be an advantage. Applications from newly qualified instructors with capability in these or other relevant areas are welcomed.

Training is mainly conducted in English but the following languages could be useful for logistical management or customer service: Thai, German, Danish, Swedish or Italian.

Accommodation is provided in a shared staff house in the local village. Please note Koh Phra Thong is a relatively undeveloped island with limited electricity and basic shops/ nightlife.
