Sabah, Malaysia (near Sipadan island).

Japanese Dive Instructor

JAPANESE DIVE INSTRUCTOR MADANG, PAPUA NEW GUINEA An energetic P.A.D.I. Dive Instructor is required by Niugini Diving Adventures based at the beautiful Madang Resort and Kalibobo Village to provide instruction and land based diving to PADI certified divers in Madang and live aboard diving from the luxurious Kalibobo Spirit to offshore islands and reefs in the Bismarck and Solomon Sea. In addition to diving, applicants should have a knowledge of tourism and hospitality to act as translators and have knowledge of Japanese Cuisine and be willing to assist our national staff to provide the best service possible to divers and other Japanese visitors to Madang. The successful applicant will be provided free meals and accommodation and a salary to commensurate with their ability. Initially the contract will be for 3 months with option to extend. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following criteria:

• High level of safety & customer service skills
• Ability to control the dive deck & in-water activiti es safely
• Current PADI / NAUI Dive Instructor Certificate
• Dive Instructor Insurance & Senior First Aid
• Restricted Coxswain Ticket will be an advantage
• A Certificate of Safety Training STCW95 will be an advantage
• Must be Cairns based
